America Rebuilds II - Return to Ground Zero picks up where Great Projects' America Rebuilds: A Year at Ground Zero left off. America Rebuilds: A Year at Ground Zero, which premiered on PBS on September 10, 2002, and was narrated by Academy Award winner Kevin Spacey, documented the epic clean-up of the site and introduced the hotly-contested rebuilding process. Time wanted "more coverage that looked forward, like the PBS documentary America Rebuilds," and New York Newday's Marvin Kitman said it was "the one show I will be watching."
